You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any item sent to our location with stains (makeup ,deodorant, etc) or damage will no be accepted for a return, exchange or store credit. USPS First Class Package
Allow 2-3 days for processing. (we normally ship items same day if you order was process before 2pm) but if we have a high volume of order please allow 3 days for processing. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages. You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for you package.
USPS Priority Mail
Items placed before 2pm will ship out the same business day they are placed. Orders placed after 2pm will ship out the next business day. delivery does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due weather, holidays and usps exceptions beyond our control.
